Clive Careers is small on purpose: mostly Clive, plus the human who feeds him. Small means no ticket numbers, no "your call is important to us", and replies written by someone who actually read your message.
The fastest route is to just talk to Clive; that's what he's for. For anything he can't handle (feedback, a bug, a complaint, something odd) email us and a human will pick it up.
